SAG Sohar L.L.C. belongs to the SAG Materials AG and is a joint venture between Salzburger Aluminium AG and Takamul Investments with headquarters in Oman.

SAG Sohar will produce aluminium bus bars. The horizontally extruded aluminium bus bars SUPERAMP® of SAG Sohar impress with their quality and maximum economy. Sohar Aluminium will supply SAG Sohar with 20,000 tonnes of liquid metal annually. The supply agreement was signed by Chairman Josef Wöhrer (SAG), Nabil Al-Ghassani (CEO Takamul Investments) and Tony Kinsman (CEO Sohar Aluminium) in April 2007.
