Air reservoirs make the compressed air available centrally for the level adjustment systems used in passenger cars.
 
SAG Alutech can offer the following:

Additional functions, such as connections, can be integrated in the preformed parts depending on the application. The connections are welded onto the tank as standard. This requires the use of state of the art and precisely coordinated welding processes.
 
The pressure range of the current product selection is from 10 bar to 25 bar. The components achieve bursting pressures of up to 100 bar. Using a 100% helium leak test, SAG Alutech guarantees a leakage rate of 1.6x10-4 mbar/lsec.
 
Thanks to the corrosion resistance of the materials used, complex and cost-intensive coatings (interior and exterior) are not required. The component not only remains 100% functional and safe over the service life of a vehicle, it is also 100% recyclable.
