The components are manufactured in the aviation-specific alloys required by the customer. This concerns ultrasound tested aluminium plates that meet aviation standards. A share of machining of up to 95% can arise during production.
 
The components are subject to special test scenarios such as crack tests. Our complete service also covers assembly of the finished component. The surface is treated using special aviation-specific processes.
