Fuel, hydraulic, water and urea tanks
SAG France has been a subsidiary of SAG since 2002. The company produces aluminum, steel and stainless steel structures mainly for fuel, hydraulic, water and urea tanks for commercial, agricultural, construction and handling vehicles.
SAG France’s products are certified IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, most of the parts produced are delivered to manufacturers with certification according to the MMOG – A97% standard. SAG France is also a supplier of high-performance welding parts in aluminium, stainless steel and steel.

1950: Development of a hot water storage tank using the SECUREX process
1967: PERISSEL produces its first tank for the truck industry
1974: SCART is sold to TOLERIE DE GRENOBLE S.A.
1977: This is followed by the acquisition of the English group IMI Pacific
1990: IMI Pacific becomes independent and renamed SOFRATTOL
1996: Acquisition of SOFRATTOL by UNITED PARTS
1998: Takeover of the commercial vehicle division of United Parts by the Norwegian group RAUFOSS
2002: The SAG Motion group takes over 3 RAUFOSS plants, including the one in L’Horme. RAUFOSS SA becomes SAG France
2016: SAG France opens a new factory in Spain
2017: SAG FRANCE becomes the only production site for steel tanks for Volvo customers.
2019: Investment in a sheet metal workshop that gives SAG France the means to develop on the special products market
